Welcome to Musonius Leadership & Security Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
WHO WE ARE
Musonius Leadership & Security Solutions provides leadership training and educational home security assessments, including written observations and recommendations intended to improve awareness, habits, and risk reduction.ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.SERVICES PROVIDED
3.1 Leadership Training
We provide leadership training, coaching, and educational materials based on virtue-based leadership principles and practical leadership methods. Outcomes vary by organization and individual.
3.2 Home Security Assessments
We provide education, walkthrough-style reviews, and written recommendations to help homeowners identify potential vulnerabilities and consider practical improvements.
Important limitations:
• We do not install, sell, endorse, or supply security products.
• We are not an alarm company, private patrol service, or emergency response provider.
• Our assessments are not a guarantee of safety, prevention of crime, or specific results.
NO PROFESSIONAL OR EMERGENCY SERVICES
The Services are educational and informational and are not legal advice, insurance advice, or professional engineering advice. If you need emergency assistance, call 911 (or your local emergency number).SERVICE AREA AND TRAVEL
We primarily serve Columbus, Ohio and surrounding communities. Services performed outside this area may affect scheduling and pricing due to travel time and related costs. Any travel-related fees will be disclosed prior to booking.BOOKINGS, FEES, AND PAYMENT
6.1 Quotes and Scope
Pricing, deliverables, and scope will be described in a quote, invoice, booking page, or written message prior to service. Work requested outside the original scope may require a revised quote.
6.2 Deposit Requirement
A deposit equal to 10% of the quoted service fee is required to reserve your appointment date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposit refund policy:
• The 10% deposit is refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• The 10% deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show for your appointment.
6.3 Remaining Balance
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance is due at the time of service (for in-person services) or before delivery of final deliverables (for remote or document-based services).
6.4 Late or Non-Payment
If payment is not received when due, we may pause, reschedule, or cancel services and withhold deliverables until payment is made.
6.5 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS
7.1 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes based on availability.
7.2 Cancellation Notice Requirement
You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.
7.3 Cancellations and Fees
• If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show, your deposit is non-refundable.
• In addition, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show, you may be charged an additional cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service fee to cover reserved time and administrative costs. If a fee applies, we will notify you in writing and provide an itemized invoice upon request.
7.4 Refunds
If a refund applies for any reason, it is limited to amounts paid for unperformed services, minus any applicable cancellation fees and any deposit that is non-refundable under Section 6.2.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information relevant to the service.
• Ensure safe access to the premises for any in-person assessment, including securing pets and disclosing known hazards.
• Use your own judgment when implementing any recommendations.
• Understand that you are responsible for your property, decisions, and implementation choices.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, logos, designs, text, training materials, templates, worksheets, downloads, and deliverables are owned by the Company or properly licensed. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and materials for your personal use or internal business use (as applicable), without redistribution.

Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences or intended outcomes but are not promises of results. Your results may vary.USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
If you submit messages, reviews, photos, or other content to us (including through the contact form), you grant us permission to use it for business purposes such as responding, improving services, or marketing, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO FEE WAS PAID, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
